Nestud Education provides premium educational tutoring services, including but not limited to:
- Home tuition services within Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
- Online tutoring sessions across India and internationally
- Academic counselling and educational consulting
- Exam preparation and subject-specific coaching for Classes 1 through 10
3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for students enrolled in Classes 1 through 10 across CBSE, ICSE, JAC, and other recognised Indian educational boards. Parents or legal guardians must register on behalf of students under the age of 18.
4. Registration & Enquiries
When submitting an enquiry or registration through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communication credentials provided to you.
5. Fees & Payment
Tuition fees are communicated during the consultation process and may vary based on subject, class level, mode of delivery (home or online), and session frequency. All fees are to be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Session Cancellation: Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.
- Refunds: Pre-paid session fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if services are discontinued, subject to a 15-day processing period.
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost with adequate prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, logos, graphics, and images — is the intellectual property of Nestud Education and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nestud Education strives for academic excellence but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results. Our tutors provide guidance and instruction, but ultimate academic performance is dependent on individual student effort and engagement.
9. Code of Conduct
Students, parents, and tutors are expected to maintain respectful, professional interactions at all times. Nestud Education reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of persistent misconduct, harassment, or violation of mutual respect.
10. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Modifications
Nestud Education reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
